Mission Statement
•The Cascade Neighborhood Council (CNC) creates a forum through which residents, employees, business owners, and property owners can find common ground as they define and develop a livable community for themselves.
•The Council believes that the vitality of the neighborhood is enhanced when a diversity of people are encouraged to participate.
•The Council supports activities that build community among its neighborhood members.
•The Council seeks to maintain a diverse residential base, which is seen as a vitally important component of the community
•
The council seeks to promote a neighborhood eco-system that supports small businesses, housing that includes low-income and affordable stock and a diversity of architecture that maintains a link to our past through historic preservation.
